My values and approaches:

When I say I work from a strength-based approach, I truly mean that. The fact that you are neurodivergent is a gift and I want to help you hone-in on your gifts. This cannot be said without acknowledgement of the trials and tribulations of mental illness/Madness and other internal challenges. There are so many parts of you that I cannot cure with therapy, nor would I want to cure those parts of you. Your best self can come with awareness and acceptance of your gifts. Being LGBTQ+ is another gift. My hope is for you to feel lovable and loving as you are.
